Eligibility for Family Caregiver Support
At New Vision Homecare, Inc., we help families determine eligibility for caregiver support programs in Michigan. To qualify:
Must live in Michigan within the service areas we cover, including Wayne, Oakland, Washtenaw, Macomb, and Monroe counties.
Applicants must have Medicaid and meet the state waiver program criteria.
Care can be provided by a family member or close friend, excluding spouses or parents of children under 18.
These programs are designed to support home help care services, allowing your loved ones to remain safely at home while receiving personalized assistance from trusted caregivers.
